Transparent pricing guidelines
Please note that while CA Clinics charges for consultations, we do not charge for products and medication. This is because we do not dispense natural medications. Instead, we offer screening assessments, medical advice and access services within Australian regulations.
Service & Consultations
DVA Card holders*
- Doctor’s consultation fee – $0
- Administration fee – $0
*DVA card holders may be eligible for DVA funding for medication on a case by case basis, and will be looked after by our specialist veteran-led service Valentius.
Non DVA Patients
- Initial Doctor’s consultation fee – $49
- Review Doctor’s consultation Fee – $39
- Repeat or change script fee – $29 ( including rural, metro and any other patients)
- Total taken at time of booking = $49
All consultations are conducted via telephone or video conference call via COVIU.
Cancellation policy: No cancellation fee and the deposit is fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice.
With less than 72 hours notice, there is a $50 cancellation fee and the deposit is not refundable.
If you don’t attend a confirmed appointment, the full appointment fees apply.
Please be advised, all cancellations must be made using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email, or via phone.
