This website is intended to provide information to Healthcare Practitioners in Australia and complies with the laws and regulations of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

The website is merely a source of information about products licensed for Import by the Australian Department of Health, under the Regulation 5 of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 for supply of un-registered medicinal cannabis products in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
Products listed on this site may only be accessed through the Special Access Scheme Category B, by an Authorised Prescriber or for use in a Clinical Trial, unless registered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
